We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Tradeshow Marketing Manager. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, managing and coordinating tradeshows and contributing to our online marketing initiatives to promote our IronWall360 online privacy protection service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage planning, coordinating, and attending tradeshows and conferences as exhibitors
- Manage event logistics, including booth setup, signage, and promotional materials.
- Organize and execute pre- and post-show strategic outreach for attendees and collected leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and content.
- Traveling to tradeshows, 30-40% of the year, sometimes involving nights/weekends.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience in event management/coordination, with a focus on tradeshows
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with online marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to travel for onsite events throughout the year as needed.
- Experience marketing or working with government or cybersecurity industries a plus, but not required.
Benefits:
- Salary: $65-75k DOE
- While a hybrid position based in Orange, CA, you will primarily work remotely when not attending events, with occasional office visits for meetings and to prep and ship materials to tradeshows
